About Me
I am a Registered Psychologist with the College of Alberta Psychologists (#4022), having earned a Master of Science degree in Marital and Family Therapy from Loma Linda University (Canadian campus). I have experience working with children, adolescents, and young adults. I recently began my training for perinatal/maternal mental health.
I work from a strengths-based and relationship-focused perspective. I work collaboratively with clients to find their inner strengths and insights on which to build lasting change by reducing symptoms, finding strengths, developing coping skills and improving confidence. Depending on my client’s needs, I work from the following modalities:

-

I work with children and teens (ages 6-18 years), young adults and women through prenatal and post-partum.
About Me – In my spare time I enjoy spending time with my family and my dog, baking, reading, doing yoga, gardening, and watching the Oilers and true crime documentaries.
